What We Do

Identify

Prospective students are identified by their local pastor, high school principal or teachers as young adults with a passion for serving in ministry. Casa Misionera staff conduct in-person interviews with each student to determine who is appropriate for the Leadership Program.

Equip

A higher education is necessary for young adults to become effective leaders in their communities, churches, workplaces and the nation. Our Scholarship Program helps the Casa Misionera students pay for university or Bible School while they are in the Leadership Program.

Mentor

The mentorship aspect of the  Leadership Program is designed to nurture the spiritual life, strengthen relational capacities, develop character and clarify each students’ divine calling. We use a proven curriculum that exposes students to experiential, relational, instructional and spiritual development dynamics.

Send

At the end of our four-year Leadership Program, students will have the tools and training necessary to serve in full or part-time ministry, or as a ministry supporter.

The Future is Bright

By the grace of The Lord and for His Glory I’ve been called to open doors of opportunities in ministry to young adults in the Dominican Republic. My life was changed forever by a similar experience when I was 20 years old, and now Casa Misionera will train the next generation of Christian leaders. In the future we will look back at all of the great men and women that have been trained in this Leadership Program and praise the Lord.

Today we are training the young adults in the Dominican Republic. Tomorrow we will train all of Latin America.
